At Paddington Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Paddington Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
